About
Peter Monteverdi (1934–1998) was an entrepreneur and engineer. They were born in Binningen.
In context
Monteverdi was founded in 1967 and closed in 1984, after 17 years. Among the 33 other automotive industry companies founded in the 1960s we hold, those that closed lasted a median of 13 years, so this one outlasted most of them.
